When a friend sent me a video asking me if I’d been to the “Asian Costco” in the GTA (I hadn’t), I knew I had to see it for myself.

This month has seen plenty of changes in the fast food game, including McDonald’s hot new collab and Starbucks change to its reward program. Joining that list is Taco Bell, which is introducing its largest value menu ever across Canada, and everything is $5 or less.

McDonald’s is about to spice up its menu with a brand-new menu collab with a very well-known brand. For the first time, McDonald’s has teamed up with iconic hot sauce brand Frank’s RedHot on a limited-time menu, which will be available at locations across Canada.

It’s been a few weeks since Starbucks’ first big beverage drop of the year, and now, the coffee giant has a new limited-time offering, based on a cozy baked good.

Strong winds expected beginning Friday afternoon with local blowing snow possible.

What:
Strong winds with gusts up to 80 km/h possible.
Local blowing possible mainly for rural and exposed areas.

When:
Beginning Friday afternoon and winds easing  through the evening.

Additional Information:
A low pressure system will push into the region on Friday which will bring snow across the areas with 4 to 8 cm possible by Friday evening. Strong winds are expected to develop in association with the low with wind gusts up to 70 km/h possible. A cold front will quickly push through the region in the evening. Wind gusts up to 80 km/h will be possible with the passage of the cold front. The winds are expected to ease after the passage of the front.

Local blowing snow and reduced visibility will be possible for exposed rural areas.

Very cold wind chills are also expected to develop Friday night into Saturday morning.

Keep emergency supplies in your vehicle such as extra blankets and 
jumper cables.
